Fall Orthodontic Study

Would you, or someone in your immediate family like to enjoy the benefits of straighter teeth? If so, and if you are willing to participate in a study, then this might be a great opportunity for you.

The Invisalign Premier Provider listed below is conducting a study. The study is about immediate family members who are undergoing orthodontic treatment together. If you participate in this study, you will receive $500 discount off of your Invisalign treatment*.

Conditions for the study:

1. You are the immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of a current patient of the Invisalign Premier Provider listed below.

2. You begin Invisalign® therapy during the fall of 2011. That means initial impressions for therapy are received by, Align Technology between

October 1, 2011 and December 1, 2011receives initial impressions for therapy.

3. You agree to permit your orthodontic records, including photographs, to be used for educational purposes and lectures. You must sign an agreement form.

Office Mascot... Needs a Name?!?!

Please welcome our new mascot to our practice! You will be seeing a lot of him. The only problem is…..

He does not have a name.

This month we are asking our patients to come up with a “name” for this little guy.

Dr. Van den Berg is looking for something fun and spunky!!!! So have fun with it and be creative.

Pumpkin Smoothie

Fall is here and FamilyFun Magazine has some of the cutest recipes and we wanted to share one of our favorites with you.

Whip up a batch of these thick and tasty smoothies.

Recipe Ingredients

½ cup canned pumpkin

¾ cup milk or vanilla yogurt

¼ tsp. Cinnamon

1/8 tsp. Nutmeg

2 tsp. Brown sugar

4 ice cubes

Directions

Combine ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.

Poor the smoothies into small glasses (this drink is rich) and garnish each with a dollop of vanilla yogurt or whipped topping. For a fun touch, add a pinch of cinnamon or a few colored sprinkles. 

Serves 2 or 3

At Pacific Coast Othodontics, It Means National Orthodontic Month

For those who don't know,  It's National Orthodontic Month.


Dr. Van den Berg and our team wanted to take this opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of oral hygiene. National Orthodontic Health Month also aims to recongnize the dedicated work of orthodontists like Dr. Van den Berg and other dental professionals in San Ramon.
